Positive: I could walk everywhere I needed to go, offices, bank, restaurants... and tmuséums. I visited VMFA twice. There's also a bus that runs on Broad St, one block away. It's free and stops at the Main St train station. The coded entry allows for easy in/out. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and fragrant of magnolia, jasmine and honeysuckle. The apt space provided all needed amenities including Iron and board, Keurig, plates, glasses... makeup wipes! And I talked with the host by phone, rare these days.

Negative: At $260 for one night, it’s expensive. I couldn’t get the heat to come on so it stayed at 66. That’s ok but a bit chilly in the morning No tea just coffee. Would’ve loved some earl grey tea.

Positive: It’s a great neighborhood. The room is cozy and has everything you need. It feels like you are staying with family.
Negative: It wasn’t really a problem for me, but I could see some people having an issue with noise. The walls are thin so you are at the mercy of your neighbor.
