Summary: The wifi was very patchy , pretty much wasn't working . the life/elevator was too small . the flat was a bit run down

Summary: It was okay average accommodation. They have only 1 room but they accommodate 6 people. And the condition of the sofa beds were not very good. The images did not match the stay we got. Additionally they took 200euros which i felt were too much.

Summary: Great location. Easy to walk to shopping, train and bus. Check in smooth and property manager very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in. Nice space. Only negative was the bath tub was very slippery and slightly raised off the ground so you had to be very careful. No AC but that seems to be common in Europe. Fans were provided

Summary: We booked this property based on the description on Hotels.com, "Basic Apartment", which indicated that it was a one-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that our booking was actually for a studio apartment, which was quite disappointing as it did not match our expectations. And the double sofa bed turned out to be just a sofa! The apartment also fell short in a few areas of cleanliness and amenities. While a coffee machine was provided, the drip tray and interior base were dirty and clearly needed cleaning before our arrival. In the kitchen, the only towel supplied was approximately the size of a face towel, making it impractical for drying dishes. As a result, we had to purchase kitchen cloths from a local supermarket ourselves. Additionally, the rubbish bins at the entrance of the building were overflowing when we arrived and remained full throughout our four-day stay, which created a poor first impression and detracted from the overall experience.

Summary: Hello, Thank you for hosting our volunteers during our recent event. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the accommodation. As constructive feedback, we would like to suggest checking and possibly replacing some of the mattresses, as a few of them appeared quite worn and had noticeable sagging, which affected sleeping comfort. In addition, some of the equipment and furniture in the apartment, particularly certain kitchen utensils and the ironing board, showed signs of damage or heavy wear. While everything was still usable, the actual condition did not fully match the impression given by the photos online. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was good, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We were also warmly welcomed by the host.

Summary: Facility was average. Bed was too soft. Entrance to apartment was near the garbage so it smelt. Location to Lucerne Bahnhof was a 20 min walk and 15 min to chapel bridge. There are 3 supermarkets across the road from apartment Coop, Migros and Aldi.
