The newly renovated gallery house is modern furnished. It expects you on approx. 120m ² and on two floors a modern as well as romantic flair. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to all the important utensils for self-sufficiency, you will still find a dishwasher, a toaster, a JURA espresso machine, an induction cooker, a Miele oven and. V. M. in front. The light-flooded dining area in the gallery invites you to dine together or socialize.
The gallery house is not a party house. Music only in the house possible.
The gallery has free 220 Mbit Internet / WIFI. Adjacent to the gallery is the living room with a couch and a 60 '' LED TV.
The couch can also be used as a sleeping accommodation for a disabled person.
The open gallery area is air conditioned since 2019!
The modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. Bed linen and towels are already included in the rent.
The green property not fenced fenced. Here are two parking spaces available. An electric gate opener to the property is ready for you. A terrace with a Weber Gas Grill (May - September) invites you not only for convivial evenings. Due to the location in the countryside here, the retreat and privacy are very much appreciated. Gas you can buy for 15, - at the landlord.
Non-smoking house !!! , It may be smoked in the garden or on the terrace. The rental is for 5 people at a basic price, but accommodation is possible for up to 11 people.
Please note here that it will be closer in the house with a minimum occupancy of eight people. However, the room comfort is limited.
Fire extinguisher and additional rescue exit available.
Due to the ideal location you have a good connection to all major cities in North Rhine Westphalia such. B. Bochum, Essen, Dortmund, Cologne, Dusseldorf.
There must be 300 euros deposit in cash.
Self-catering and supply! Additional services are not offered.
The kitchen needs to be cleaned, leaving as surrendered. No crumbs and moisture.
Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cutlery tray, espresso machine, u. a. and all surfaces of the kitchen must be clean. Crockery and cutlery please clean and dry in the cabinets.

Summary: The house was very clean and tidy. There was plenty towels and bedding. Kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would need. There is a large table in the living area which was great for playing games. I would recommend staying here. The only negative is one of the photos shows a car park space that isn’t available anymore and you have to park on street (there’s plenty of room however).

Summary: Wolfgang is a wonderful host and the house/property was well suited for our needs. We stayed for 7 days and had a car. It was really nice to park off the street. We were in the process of picking up a new puppy for the family and Wolfgang was very accommodating by pointing out places to go for exercising our new pup. He was also kind enough to set up an extra bed on the ground floor so that we could sleep and simply walk out side with the puppy to do his business. The appliances are in top condition and very clean. I look forward to returning to the property, but maybe rent something smaller like one of the new apartments adjacent to the rental house that is within same estate.

Summary: My husband and 2 teens stayed for 2 nights. The place had everything we needed. Shampoo, toilet paper, soap, refrigerator and coffee and filters. I went and bought coffee before realizing it was stored in/above above the freezer. Getting to the house was easy but the house entrance is on a corner of an intersection, a little unusual to get into but nice parking. We had a little trouble with keycode upon arrival, Wolfgang came right over as he is next door. Main fridge didn't get super cold for us but the big fridge did, so we turned it on and used it. Location was great, Bochum is a safe, cute town.

Summary: Very nice appartement and good host! Lovely BBQ place. Too hot inside when it’s warm. Garden is for private use, which was a shame, we couldn’t use it. We used the parking lot as a BBQ place

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really well laid out and has a very high standard of equipment and furnishing including a PC, very large TV, washing machine, dryer, etc. Comfy beds. The hosts are super nice and very helpful, always making sure we were ok and had everything we needed including information on local restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Essen for a trade show (18km from the hall via very easy route) or the Bochum area. Try the little Chinese restaurant just a hundred yards or so from the house, doesn't look much from the outside but great food.
