Summary: What a nice place to stay and we ate at this place called New York Pizza Company, or in Frankfort Avenue oh my God it was the best pizza we ever had in our life

Summary: Beautiful Historic Hotel on the Ohio River in quick walking distance to the Slugger museum and many distilleries. As with many hotels these days the service is not up to par. Besides being understaffed, the Front desk is not that welcoming, there is a bit of miscommunication and the Walker Exchange restaurant servers seem to be "friendly idiots" that just landed on earth

Summary: it was a wonderful stay the food was great the staff was great everything was perfect besides the bugs in the water lol buts that ok its life but I had no problems for my stay

Summary: Overall just not good. Service was not great. Room was not great. View of parking garage was terrible. Pool had bugs everywhere. Would only provide 1 pillow for the sleeper sofa, even though 2 people needed to sleep on it.

Summary: The air con unit was pretty loud and even with earplugs, you could still hear it especially when the condenser kicked on. Would have expected central air for a hotel of the caliber this one is looking to be.

Summary: Showed up for a big conference at another hotel that did not meet even the standard so we had to find a hotel quickly to move ten of our team members over to and Galt House turned out to be a "blessing in disguise" as one of my team members put it. Meet all of our needs and even exceeded many of our expectations since it was a last minute switch. Great service and super nice hotel!
