Positive: It's big and cave like, got a great night sleep. Can accommodate a big group.
Negative: 3 of us spent a night. Paid $165 cleaning fee yet we still had to throw the towels in the laundry, wash the dishes and throw the trash out. What am I paying the clearing free for? To change the bed sheets? I thought it was too expensive. If you are going to change $165 for cleaning then don't ask to do the cleaning to the customers.
Summary: Nice but not sure if I want to stay there again

Positive: the location was in walking distance of museums and restaurants. Parking was easy. It had everything you need. I loved the decor.
Negative: One of the lights in a bathroom was out and I couldn't get in touch with anyone to replace it. The back bedroom (bunk room) needs a table or something for small items.

Positive: We really loved the layout. The open living room, dining room and kitchen were good for hanging out together when it was time for that, and then the bedrooms down lengthy hallways way away from the front rooms made for perfect solitude and relaxation. Bathrooms were very upscale, and the little touches from the host were most appreciated.
Negative: It was honestly perfect for our needs, maybe even larger than we required. I had myself (44 y/o male), my 12 y/o son and his two friends, and the place was so large they could play epic games of hide-and-seek. I’d say if you are looking for something more cozy, intimate, or home-y this is not your stay. If you want a very fancy, grown-up place in downtown Louisville super near many great attractions, and you have 8-10 people, this is ideal.
Summary: Downtown modern luxury makes for an excellent launchpad for adventure.
