Summary: This is a spacious place combining two apartments, so there are two sitting rooms, two kitchens, and two full baths. This was great for our group as it gave us a home base. We had a great stay!

Summary: The property has everything you need for a get away. Dual kitchens make it a blast if you have kids or teen. It is located in a quited neighbor hood. There are lots of things to do near the property. Right near the Del-Mar Loop lots of food and shopping. The gaming table was a hit with the kids while the adults sat at the table playing cards and having family meals. This was a gem in the rough. The owners were very easy to talk to and communicate with. I look forward to my next trip back to St. Louis

Summary: Overall we had a great stay. We stayed for part of our spring break trip and chose this home because its big enough for us and all of our kids, its in a great neighborbood we were familiar with and its close proximity to activities like the zoo and city museum. The 4 bedrooms are spread out on two floors, as this is 2 apartments that you bave full access to. Its an older house and charming.A few things kept this from being perfect. We arrived over an hour after check in and the cleaning person was locked into an upstairs bedroom. It was silent inside so we suspect he was sleeping as we heard rustling like someone getting dressed after my husband banged on the door. We contacted the property manager via the app (the number went to voicemail and we didnt get a call back) and were told it would be an hour before he finished as the previous guests checked out late (never communicated with us about possibly not being ready.) Second, the main kitchen with dining room downstairs didnt have a.working dishwasher (discovered after attempting the wash twice) and we opted to hand wash our remaining dishes / rewash the load upstairs which was inconvenient. Finally we were unable to finish the checkout request of starting laundry due to no laundry supplies . Overall if these few things were remedied it would have been a 10/10. We would stay again in the future and loved the rest of the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we had zero issues with safety and driveway is nice
