Enjoy entire home with 2 Roku tv's, slab granite and stainless steel appliances in kitchen, baths with granite & vessel sinks. Basement has den w/2nd Roku tv Netflix included, game room w/pool table, foosball, dart board, cards and lots of board games.
Private backyard with deck, dining, gas grill, fire pit, corn hole game, hammock, charcoal grill, picnic table and ZenDen.
-10 min walk to quaint Downtown Littleton for shopping,
dining & live music. 20 min to Downtown Denver & RedRocks.
-An hour to skiing. Easy access to all Colorado has to offer.
-Entire one level ranch home with full finished basement. 3 bedrooms on main level, one queen bedroom in basement.
-One car garage, driveway and free street parking.
-Private backyard that has a large deck with tables and chairs for dining, gas grill, charcoal grill, hammock, fire pit, corn hole game and picnic table.
-420 pot friendly with smoking or vaping outside only.
-Zen Den/Shed is a great place to smoke and relax on cool evenings. Several near by dispensaries for recreational use. Silver Stem Fine Cannabis Littleton Medical & Recreational Dispensary just 2 miles away, Native Roots is just 7 miles away for recreational or medical marijuana.

-Easy drive to mountains for skiing, hiking. No need to drive, take the light rail to Union Station and catch the Winter Park Express Ski Train for $29.
-Estes Park is about an hour and a half away. Great mountain town and the Stanley Hotel featured in the movie The Shining plus around 5 pm each evening you can stop at the edge of town where a large herd of elk come down to enjoy the golf course. Don't miss Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park with elk, bears, bighorn sheep and exciting Trail Ridge Road.
-Explore ghost towns, gold panning, white water rafting or Central City/ Blackhawk for gambling casinos.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this not so little house in Littleton! It's walking distance to a cute little coffee shop that sells boardgames that i next to a super delicious market store that sells meat & produce! I have 3 kids between the ages of 5yrs-12yrs and this house was perfect for us as my kids are picky eaters and a kitchen is a must. We rented a car and GPS took us easily to all the things we need. The Zen Den is an asset. We never had to be away from our children and for those who have kids this age, you know that this is amazing an important! We were here for a wedding and this is much better value for our family of 5 and much more enjoyable than a couple of hotel rooms would have been. Cameo was amazing and extremely responsive.

Summary: Location was perfect as we spent time in both Denver and Colorado Springs. The teens loved having a game room and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were well stocked. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The back yard was comfortable with plenty of seating at the dining table. There were adorable bunnies who kept us company while we relaxed around the fire pit. Overall, this was a super spot and we enjoyed the rental immensely.

Summary: My brother and I stayed here to visit family in Englewood. My criteria for rentals is cleanliness and safe location, and this one met both. It was clean in every detail, and well-supplied and furnished. Bedding is soft and comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The house appears well-maintained. Cameo is an excellent host and communicated well. I absolutely adored the modern design and art that I’ve seen and bought at my favorite Littleton shop. I’d love to stay again.

Summary: Great location and space while attending family wedding. We Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games and space as well . Kitchen well equipped. The host ,Cameo , was friendly and responsive. You won’t be disappointed !

Summary: Very clean home and neighborhood. The kitchen and other parts of the house were very new and updated, other parts were less contemporary but still clean and nice. Plenty of room for all of us and a great backyard and deck. Enjoyed out stay very much.
