Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation! It is the best example I've seen of fitting everything you need into a small studio, renovated with utility as the central objective, while not compromising comfort, coziness, and attention to detail. The studio was modern, really well-equipped, in great shape, and spotlessly clean. The hosts were so nice and welcoming. The location is convenient: it allows you to explore the neighboring area, which is definitely worth it with its numerous beaches, restaurants, and beautiful murals; and you can reach Cannes easily by public transport (train or bus). I recommend this place for an excellent quality-price ratio as this area is rather pricey, so you probably won't find a better deal.
Negative: What was a little bit confusing was the arrival by car and the parking, so I will take this opportunity to leave the instructions for future guests here with the aim of facilitating the arrival. The precise location of the entrance gate to the private complex is 43.5288223N, 6.9472215E. You can stop here shortly to unload your luggage, especially if the host is waiting here for you, like in our case. This accommodation does not include parking inside the complex, so you need to park your car elsewhere afterward. There is free street parking nearby, but it might be full during peak season. Therefore, I recommend using the ample public free parking at 43.5301038N, 6.9467359E. You should find a spot there at any time. Google Maps guides you correctly to both aforementioned coordinates.

Positive: Perfect location, with lovely views over the gardens and marina. The property was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Negative: Hard to say as everything was perfect but no lift to second floor was a little challenging after a meal out with a drink or two!!
