While it was spacious, clean, and modern, it severely lacked basic essentials—there were no cups, plates, cooking pots, bowls, or even a simple bucket. There was no microwave oven! To make matters worse, no toiletries were provided beyond the first night, which was highly inconvenient. The absence of reliable hot water only added to the discomfort, making it feel like a luxury in short supply. Although the pool was well-maintained and clean, it was far too cold to be of any real use. The location was another drawback—it was quite far from major tourist attractions and modern conveniences, making it impractical for those hoping to explore Casablanca easily. Overall, while the price was attractive, the lack of amenities and the inconvenient location made for a disappointing stay.

Negative: Ants all the time everywhere. Lack of kitchen tools pots and pans. No sponges for washing up, no wash cloths, no toilet paper. Broken cupboards, didn’t finish the caulk inside the house so it keeps letting ants and cockroaches in. No weekly cleaning.
Summary: Overall a modern place, pretty to look at but the shops only take cash. But apartment unfinished and many insects.

Positive: We got late to arrive in Casablanca, and normally the reception closes at 8pm, they waited for us till 9pm. That was a very good gesture.
Negative: The apartment was dirty, the blankets were not clean and full of dust, triggered my dust allergies from those. There was no toilet tissue, handwash soap in the WC. We asked for these via Whatsapp but they didn't respond. For a full apartment and three people they gave only one towel. One door handle was broken, and a friend of mine got themself locked inside, and the door couldn't be opened from inside and there was nothing from outside, it was a catastrophe. There's a washing machine but you cannot open the door of the washing machine, what's for it then?
