Summary: The studio is very nice and well equipped. Willi is very helpful and has good tips. (In multiple languages) Tramlines 4 and 6 are a few minutes walk away and some busses too. We very much enjoyed our stay and if we come back to Lyon we'll probably try to stay here again.

Summary: Whillam's studio faces onto his lovely garden, with a lit seating area. The bed is really comfortable and the facilities really good with air conditioning. The area is suburbon, but Lyon's transport is excellent, and the studio is a couple of minutes walk to the 4 & 6 Trams, with a 20 minute ride to central Lyon.The local tram stops are also right next to the local outdoor market, and an Auchan supermarket. Summary: We oo As with all of the other reviews Willi is the best in communicating with you and within minutes of your message he will respond. He is also great with helping you if you need him. He and his wife have a lovely place with a beautiful garden to sit and relax in, and enjoy a glass of wine or beers. Our place was clean, neat, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. You will be located within easy walking distance to tram, restaurants, bakery and grocery stores. Plus the area is safe to walk around. We definitely will be back when we head back to France.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our 14 night stay. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and made available a wide variety of useful information about the neighbourhood and Lyon. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It looked out into a beautiful garden that was a special pleasure to see every day. The neighbourhood featured wonderful outdoor markets as well as all of the necessary stores and boulangerie. Nearby trams and metros provided easy access to central Lyon in 15-20 minutes. This was a very convenient, quiet and pleasant place to stay, made even more enjoyable by our gracious and friendly hosts. They even assisted us when we experienced an unexpected issue with our car. We can recommend it highly without hesitation.

Summary: A great find. We were made really welcome by our hosts. The flat was so quiet and peaceful. Transport links excellent so no problem with getting in and out of town. Lovely garden to sit in and Willie even organised great weather.

Summary: Thank you Willi for providing us with a clean, quiet space to relax after our sightseeing. Access to public transport and the supermarket were easy. We loved Lyon and should have stayed longer. We found Lyon to be very interesting and hope to return one day to complete our exploring.

Summary: Wilhelm is a great bloke and could not do anymore for you but we had 2 dogs with us and we felt like they were always in the way and we couldn’t settle.

Summary: This was the second time I stayed with Willi in the Studio in Lyon and it was just as good as the first time. His place is close to the Tram (T4 and T2) and is super easy to arrive from the Train Station (even for an American like myself). The garden is perfect place to sip Champagne from a long day of sightseeing. It is walking distance to several grocery stores and restaurants, and the American coffeemaker hits the spot. I highly recommend!

Summary: Moi et ma femme sommes restés 30 jours dans ce super studio pendant notre leçons de français à Lyon. Le studio est équipé avec tous nos besoins, compris un jardin très agréable. Les propriétaires sont formidables et très sympa, et ils etáient toujours là pour nous aider avec des conseils sur Lyon ou même sur notre faible français. :) Now switching back to english, we had really enjoyed our stay in Lyon. The studio had everything we needed, even a detailed guide on the city activities, transportation, etc. The garden was very nice, even if we could not really enjoy it, as Lyon was really hot last July. Even if we were not downtown, we had public transport connections to the whole city, and several services nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc). About the studio owners, I have no words to say how wonderful they were. Always available and helpful with whatever we needed. Thank you Willi and Elisa!
