Positive: House is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Every room has air condition. The size of the rooms is great. Very kind and helpful host. He helped us a lot, replied our questions very quickly. Very silent area. There is a nice park view front of the building. 10 minutes walk to the center.

Positive: Luca, our host, was superb. He kept us fully informed about all we needed to know, to ensure we got maximum enjoyment out of our stay. Before arrival he asked us for a short profile of who we are, what we wanted to do during our stay, what our dining preferences were etc., and sent us a list of the best places to eat to experience a variety of cuisines. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt totally welcome. When we needed any information we received an answer within a very short time, often within minutes. The spacious, airy apartment is on the 2nd floor and the 2 balconies ( with chairs and table ) look out over a small tree-lined green with outside gym equipment and benches, in a quiet area. Air conditioning is in all bedrooms and in the lounge, and the kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness was faultless. Ideally located near 4 small supermarkets next to each other about 100 yards away, and a bus stop uphill on the street behind the square, the small beach at St. George's Bay, and the adjacent busy clubland of Paceville are a short stroll away ( about 500 yards ) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the property for a superb stay.

Negative: There was nothing we could find to not like.

Negative: The footpaths in the general area are poor and need to go through a short tunnel with cars to reach the local town and beach Overall lovely apt quiet area as well.
