Garden Roomz are 4 unique separate apartment rooms (Green, Blue, Pink & Yellow) located in our garden. Fully furnished neighbouring an Omani household, ready to be let for a daily/weekly experience. All rooms can be rented individually or at the same time for a larger family...
We offer an experience that can't be found in any local hotel. We allow you to interact with the family household, talk about Omani culture, life and its people during breakfast (YES, we also offer you breakfast). We give you privacy and yet offer company to interact with our family.
We have an amazing man-made garden with different trees surrounding the garden. Turtles and little fishes are available for kids amusement.
Since we are at a residential location, parking is no problem. Just drive in and relax. Free Wifi is available in the master house and the garden and can be accessed anytime.
Al-Ghubra beach is just 5 mins away and there are many local restaurants that cater to different tastes around the block. However, if you are in the mood for a fancy dining, then a 20 mins drive will get you some amazing restaurants.

Summary: After travelling in a foreign and for us different country Garden Roomz offred a real home. Its’s all warm, welcoming and easy going and full of natural hospitality. The garden is beautiful, the rooms in pretty little houses are convenitent, comfortable and cool in the Muscat-heat. The best part is the homemade breakfasts with local food the garden and talk to the hostess Salma about Omani culture. The location is good, quite close to the Grand Mosqe and the ok beach al Gubrah in a safe neighborhood where you come close to everyday life in Muscat. Many simple restaurants with good food on a walking distance . You need a rental car, or go by taxi because you drive in Muscat wherever going. This is a really good place to stay, as a couple or a small group, or as us, a family with teens and grown up kids. We recommend it of all our hearts!

Summary: We had two guest cottages to fit our family with four kids. We loved the peaceful and gorgeous gardens and hospitality. Salma made us feel so at home, and we loved spending time with her at breakfast learning about Oman. The included Omani breakfast was plentiful and changed every day. We could walk to the small grocery store and nearby restaurants. We will miss Salma and her family!

Summary: Salma and her family are very welcoming hosts. My wife, daughter and I stayed in one of four cottages in their courtyard in Muscat. They are located a ~ 5 minute drive from the spectacular Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and a ~ 20 minute drive from Old Muscat. They serve a lovely breakfast and offer a great connection to local culture.
