Positive: Great location, mins from the train station to DC, short drive to Baltimore. It was roomy, had off street parking, and a nice patio.

Negative: It could use more dishes. Not enough of some items for 4 people. Generally it was quiet, but could definitely hear the people above us. Lastly, an individual temp control for the area would be great. It was cool while we were there, and we definitely knew it. It was a good value for the location.

Negative: The noise from the apartment overhead. There were too many stamping of feet. The host might need to pad the ceiling of the basement to muffle the noise from above.
