Positive: Location is just perfect, staf was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and good maintained. There was communication before arriving at the place which is very important.
Negative: There was no possibility to make tea/coffee in the room, and I had a hard time sleeping on that big pillow. And in the day of arrival the Google Map took me to Obertal 12 and no further. I had to ask the owner of that house where is Obertal 20.
Summary: If you are looking for an escape from the crowd, this is the place! I hardly recommend it. The hotel is very cozy, warm,

Positive: This was our favorite stay in Germany. You really feel part of the community here and the room was spotless and very comfortable and cozy. Our breakfast was really lovely and if you stay here you must have dinner as well - the food is exceptional!
Negative: There was a miscommunication as to the check out time - housekeeping was upset we were not yet out of the room, but all of the information we were given on Booking.com and in the brochure in our room said an hour later. We showed the brochure and were able to checkout soon after, but it was a bit awkward!
