One of the most spectacular lake and mountain views on Lake Cumberland! Built in 2013 in the gated community of Lake Cumberland Resort with 4 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds (2 in upstairs room) and 2 king beds, TV's in every room, 3 full bathrooms, (all linens provided) fully furnished kitchen, main floor fireplace and entertainment area, downstairs rec room with additional television and pool table and upper and lower decks to enjoy the view. (The biggest little house you will have ever visited). Convenience of washer/dryer in the basement. Huge windows to soak up the scenery from the kitchen and living areas on the main floor. Perfect location for families with children as you can put the kids in the upstairs room, which has plenty additional space for a pack and play, etc., while adults can spread out in the other 3 bedrooms. Quiet section of the water, away from the commotion of the main lake. Boat lovers welcome as you may launch your boat off the private ramp located minutes from the house. If you are simply looking for a quiet place to enjoy and possibly soak up some rays, the small swimming pool in our gate is a 2 minute drive up the hill.

Summary: The pictures online didn't do it justice. The view was beautiful from the back decks and windows of the house. The home had a good set up for our family with bathrooms on each level, 4 bedrooms/5 beds, and lounging/play space for everyone. If you plan on cooking, grocery items are about 30 minutes away and down the mountain. The kitchen is not fully stocked, so also may need your go to items. Lovely neighborhood and a sense of community at the little general store/cafe. They had a live band one night. Beautiful tourist attractions within 30 minutes. Great stay!

Summary: The house had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room. Loved sitting on the deck and watching nature. Owners were so great.

Summary: This is a great place to relax with family (or friends). The inside is spread out enough to hang out with each other, but there are enough places (porches, lower level) where you can sneak off to read if you want.

Summary: Cumberland has become a home away from home for us and this rental was the perfect home for our family for Labor Day weekend. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Just what we needed!

Summary: Beautiful home / view / great communication/ flexible / table outside was very dirty / we did book last minute and pool table light was not functional so could not play in evening. Host let us know after booking. But otherwise it was perfect !! Definitely great place to stay! Awesome host!

Summary: The cabin was laid out great, with wonderful views. I am not one to complain but this was one of the worse cleaned cabins rentals that I have experienced. When we arrived the refrigerator was not cleaned and had spillage on the shelves. There was a bag of ice in the refrigerator with a hand towel frozen to the bottom from previous renters. The commode seat in the upstairs bathroom was completely off ( the screw that held it on was stripped) When I finally got in touch with the owners...her response was "we will be down next weekend and I will fix it". That did not help me during my time there. My husband put the screw back in and it was useable The towels had a sour smell to them, like they had been left wet in the washer and then dried without rewashing them. The walls down the stairs had something spilled down them. My comfortable was worn out and the filling had bunched up. I would not rent this again due to it not being clean. With the Covid guidelines, I was shocked how dirty it really was. It is a shame, as I loved the location and layout of this rental
