Summary: Listing should definitely have more pictures. It’s a good spot in a high quality Mobile Home park. It’s quiet and seems pretty safe. House is small but manageable. A lot of older residents live in the surrounding area. . Cleaning crew for the unit is not the best but it’s wasn’t terrible. Biggest issue for me is that there was no privacy. House sits up front with no privacy whatsoever in front or back.

Summary: I'll start out by saying Tony is nice and is quick to respond, but the place itself was tighter then expected, it wasn't cleaned in numerous areas and it's either just laziness or lack of caring. There was a big hairball between the bathtub and toilet in the hall. The vents on ceiling were covered in dust, coffee grounds in the cabinet where the garbage can is, stains on couch pillows, mold in the living room closet, fridge had stains and mold on the door and trim, and I'll say don't look behind the blinds! The windows were filthy and covered in dead bugs. I kept finding spiders in the bathroom (even while showing) yuck. The place needs a deep clean and a make over! I wouldn't stay here ever again, and the only reason we did was cause were gone most of the day and we couldn't find anywhere else to go without spending a stupid amount of money. We had issues with the air conditioning the entire time we were there which was horrible.

Summary: We had a great time. The home is conveniently located to everything that we wanted to do. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and communication with host was very good, no issues would stay again.

Summary: This is the third time we have stayed at this property and Tony has always been excellent to deal with. A couple of my brothers also stayed at properties managed by Tony and had the same experience.

Summary: Nice Small Home/ Tiny house. The location was centralized for what we needed. Short drive to the beach. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job upon check in, but contacted the owner and he made it right with us.
