Highly upgraded home with a gorgeous backyard in a gated lake community! Fully furnished & stocked, open layout with gorgeous kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar & a formal dining room. The home is well equipped for relaxing or having a little fun –shuffle board, darts, board games & plenty of backyard space. The master suite has a large king sized bed, flat screen TV, double sinks, upgraded walk-in shower & large walk-in closet. The backyard features a heated pebble tec pool with a waterfall, large covered patio, turf play area, outdoor dining & a built in BBQ. Home is available for weekly or monthly rental. This home in the Lagos Vistos gated lake community and is close to nine different courses including 27 holes at the Ocotillo Golf Club which is a few miles away from the home. Spend your evenings at the Lone Butte Casino or the Wild Horse Pass Casino, both of which are less than 15 miles away. For the kids, the community has a basketball court, playground, community walking paths & large greenbelt areas. There’s also Snedigar Recreation Center is 3 miles west which offers facilities for baseball, basketball, cricket, skating, and much more. There is shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and grocery stores all within 5 minutes of the home!

Summary: Beautiful home inside and out. Large backyard and sunning/lounging area to soak up the warm Arizona sunshine. I wish we could've stayed longer than three nights. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and was only a phone call away. Living room was cozy and had a really nice TV, Dart Board, Shuffle Board and lots of games. Master Bedroom and Bathroom were spacious and modern. The only downside was that there weren't TV's in the other two rooms, only in the master, and that disappointed my other guests. Even smaller TVs in those rooms would've been sufficient. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you Jason for accommodating us on such short notice!

Summary: The size of the house was perfect for our family of 4. The property was clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. The backyard is a great place to hangout with new turf and refreshing pool. Jason was quick to respond when we had questions and keeps the home well maintained.

Summary: Stayed at this beautiful Chandler home for 6 nights - great quiet neighborhood - home and finishes we’re amazing - looks like a model home. - kitchen/laundry etc has everything you need - big back yard and great pool - family really enjoyed Jason was prompt and polite with all of our questions. Would definitely rent again. Thank you

Summary: Location was close to nearby family. Beautifully appointed home. Very well stocked kitchen with a Keurig and honestly all the appliances one would need. Even thoughtful enough to have chip clips, wraps/Ziploc bags, sugar. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Chandler area.

Summary: We spent two weeks in the Phoenix area with friends who were staying near Chandler so we found this house in Chandler. It’s quite a ways out from Phoenix or Scottsdale but it worked out really well for us. We had two dogs who loved the backyard The house has a nice, small pool that was used once, it was February after all. The house has a really nice large master suite, two additional bedrooms and a bath which we did not even use. Really nice neighborhood for walking the dogs. The owner was quick to respond if we had questions
