Summary: Very clean, bright and comfortable home. Great location by lakes and walking paths... golfing and tennis courts close by... and very enjoyable sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the morning listening to the birds and watching quail scoot by. House is well equipped. Owners were very reachable and accommodating. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Summary: Having stayed in Sun Lakes AZ for several years where family and friends reside year around we have experience the good and the bad in short term rentals. This year we hit the jackpot. 9917 is a totally equipped, comfortably and stylishly furnished resort. From the outdoor table and couch where you are protected even in an unusual thunderstorm to the fire pit overlooking the lakes and walking trails of Cottonwood this house has it all. And to boot, the owners went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pictures sometimes exaggerate the homes qualities but not for this house. Everything promised was delivered and so much more. It is an easy walk up the lakes to the Cottonwood club house. More importantly every detail was anticipated and delivered. Someone even comes to take out the recycling and garbage. What more could a couple want than to know they are in a one of a kind unit in a welcoming location.

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a serene and friendly community. The house is clean, extremely well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Located very centrally for shopping and sight-seeing. The lakes and pathways provide a lovely setting for long strolls or jogging; the ducks, herons and egrets are a delight for bird-lovers As an evening walker, I felt very safe in these surroundings. Tani and Ken, you were quickly responsive to my questions, and very helpful. Thank you for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. I can highly recommend your home.
