Positive: Location was very near the airport. The staff were fantastic and stored our luggage as well as ordered our taxi.
Negative: The elevator was broken but staff offered to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Positive: The location is near the airport, less than 10 min drive to Caltrain or BART stations, and a ~30-min drive to anywhere in east bay (without traffic). Convenient if you want to visit places all over the bay and have a car! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was large and had all the essentials. The bed was comfortable. There is also a nicely sized gathering area.
Negative: If you are sensitive to car noises, I would recommend asking for a room that doesn't face El Camino Real, because you can hear roadway noise. The garage parking is tight, and the presence of a slightly larger truck would box out spaces for other smaller cars because there's little clearance. With the side street parking spots, there was barely enough room to fit all of the cars that parked there. My room was clean but could use a few updates. For example, one corner of the bathroom doorframe was heavily rusted, the toilet roll holder didn't have a dowel in it, and the vinyl flooring was a little cracked.

Positive: We stay in this hotel regularly when we have a flight connection next day. It is about 10 mins from the airport and close to good restaurants and shops of San Bruno, so it is quite practical. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (coffee, fridge, etc). The hotel is quiet and the staff is helpful.
Negative: The lift was not working while we were there, but the staff helped us with the luggage. Also, the fire alarm start beeping in the room (probably short of batteries), so they gave a new room not to be annoyed with it. The WC flush was very noisy. Everything else was ok.
