Summary: The hotel was fine. The staff were extremely professional. (Even when they had to help us at midnight with a new key). My only issue with Gateway was the water pressure. Everything else was spot on

Summary: Conveniently located on a major suburban street; close to shopping, local eateries and train station; cozy and quaint decor added to comfortable atmosphere in a spacious room; great seating with chairs, a chaise; refrigerator and microwave; would have preferred brighter overhead light; curtains did not block out all outdoor light; breakfast was sparse with only coffee and waffle maker; internet connection was good on laptop computer but spotty on mobile devices

Summary: The property does not look well on the outside. The stairs are in need of repair. However, the room is great. I would stay there again.

Summary: My stay was great the only thing I would recommend is new towels. The towels are very dingy and old and worn out. Otherwise everything was good

Summary: The property is pretty run down and very noisy. They also claimed that we couldn’t have a service dog in the room. Had to get management involved to resolve it despite showing paperwork proving it’s a service dog, not a pet.
