Welcome to our peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat conveniently located near Austin, Bastrop, and Smithville. The spacious house is fully equipped and features two living spaces, stunning forest views from the east-facing windows, and a tranquil fenced deck. The ten-acre property offers access to hiking trails, hammocks, a fire pit, and a BBQ for our guests to enjoy. The house is designed to welcome families, is wheelchair accessible, and well-behaved pets are also welcome with a few rules.

Summary: The house was huge and very accommodating! The kitchen was large, clean and had everything we needed. House would work well for families as there’s lots of items and toys for young kids to entertain themselves. Because of the location, WiFi was very limited and spotted which was inconvenient. In one of the rooms, there were about a dozen lady bugs. Not a huge deal but we didn’t use that room because of it. Also had issues with the front door locking (we think the battery was dead). We contacted the host about it but didn’t get a response. Overall a good house to stay- but communication could have been better.

Summary: We loved this stay. The house was spacious and welcoming. Because of the weather we did not get enjoy the great looking outdoor space. It was a nice home away from home! If you have small children the house was well equipped.

Summary: My sister, nephew, and mom all met here bc we had tickets to the Harry Potter Forbidden Forest Experience. She lives in Georgetown and we live in Houston. This was the absolutely perfect place to meet. Large, spacious, quiet, just what we needed. The porch was my favorite. We’re already planning a trip back.

Summary: If you need room for the kids to run this is the place to go. Spacious home and large outdoor porches and play areas. Host left everything perfect and meticulously clean. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This is a very cute and cozy place. Great place for those with littles. Very kid friendly and provides toys for various ages and baby accessories.They had new quality towels and plenty for a large family. The only thing that could have made it any better was to have additional cookware when cooking for a family all weekend. I highly recommend this place and will be back again!

Summary: We loved our stay. The house was perfect. It’s on a good amount of land, so no neighbors in sight. The trails on the property were a nice perk. The house was exactly as advertised & we were greeted with some extras that made it just that much better. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the neighborhood!
