Summary: Almost everything about this property was great. The house is clean and well equipped in a historic area. The a/c and heat worked well. The location is very walkable to nearby downtown Smithville. Two issues: the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are a bit of a challenge. They're narrow and spaced closely. Just be careful! The double bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs needs replacement. It is terribly squeaky. The couple that slept on it did not have a good night's sleep.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everything was perfect from start to finish - booking the house was easy, the property manager was very responsive and shared timely and easy-to-follow stay/check-in/out instructions, and the house itself was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Having our morning coffee and hot chocolate in the screened-in porch was a great way to start our Smithville adventure. Highly recommend staying here - we'll be back!
