Positive: The family did more than their best to give us the wonderful stay, Mr. Gayan and his wife are super nice and friendly whenever I asked them where to go or to visit they guided me and even helped me to book some trips. The family live on the ground floor they will never disturb unless if you ask for something. Breakfast was delicious, local Srilankan breakfast, the villa location itself is in a very calm area away from these loud guests and Hikkaduwa crowded center, Tuktuk can take you wherever you want using the app pick me and it’s very very cheap with it. I went for Udawalawe national park and Mr. Gayan’s wife she felt so bad because we left without breakfast so she packed it for us how sweet. Anyway staying in such a place is making you experience more the locals life and see how they live, don’t expect something very fancy Srilankan people are very simple and kind. Supermarket Cargills is only 8 minutes walk, Hikkaduwa center and railway station by tuktuk is only 10 minutes, tsunami museum, cinnamon spices garden, moonstone jewelry mine. We were welcomed with Banana milkshake, apartment had an Ac and a fan also all the utensils to cook, a room for studying which had a lot of books for kids, no tv which is good to relax your eyes. Beach is 1 min walking distance. Big thanks to the kids Taviru and Umindi because they were good friends with my kids.

Negative: The smell coming from the temple sometimes which had nothing to do with the apartment of course.

Positive: Wonderful people, so friendly and welcoming. Really good homecooked breakfast and dinners if you would like them to make for you. The bed is good and it’s right by the beach, and the beach is so beautiful. Thank you :)

Positive: We enjoyed our time in this house and stayed for a longer time than initially planned. The beach is right across the road, there is a lot of space in the facility, even a separate room for work/studies. The hosts are super friendly and helpful❤️

Positive: I like the property very much.it was super clean and host is soo good. Sister was always help. Even Though kids wasn't shouting ... but yes we were talking and laughing ... we had great time there.. highly recommended

Negative: Small issue that because of our shouting and laughing they might get annoying and kids was there.. its better to keep separate door for the inn stares. so freedom will be there
