Located in the main street of Geelong, close to the Botanical Gardens, this 2 storey, Pet friendly, free WiFi. The townhouse offers you a choice either to relax in the botanical gardens or participate in the many activities Geelong has to offer.
Very close to Marina, Eastern Beach, Swimming Pool, Play ground, Wool Museum, Geelong Hospital, 2 Major shopping centres.
Waterfront and golf course are all in 5 minutes walking distance.
The Townhouse is situated an easy 50 minutes drive from Melbourne and 20 minutes from Avalon Airport.
Its central location offers you the opportunity to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and the Great Ocean Road.
The Bellarine Peninsula is well known for its wineries and sea food.
The Great Ocean Road is famous for its sceneries, rainforest and surfing beaches.
Features of the Townhouse are: FREE WI-FI, NETFLIX, Audio System, 1 LCD HD 43 “TV in Master Bedroom and a 55 “ Smart TV in the lounge room, BBQ, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Hair Dryer, Cooking Facilities, Air Conditioner reverse cycle and off street parking.
The newly renovated kitchen has an airfryer oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, an induction cooktop. Just a warning that induction cooktops produces a strong electromagnetic field which can interfere with a pacemaker, so keep a distance of at least 60cm (2ft) between the stovetop and your pacemaker. There is a seprate toilet downstairs as well as upstairs.
Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with one Queen size bed in master bedroom, one Queen size bed in guest bedroom. Sleeps 4. Cot available upon request. The bathroom has been renovated and offers a large size bath, shower and basin. The seperate toilet is opposite the bathroom.
The court yard is fully enclosed and safe for your pet.

Summary: We've stayed at this property a few times now for the Geelong Revival event. This property is in the best spot to simply walk to the event or walk to shops. It's perfect for us as entrants in the event. The property is always spotlessly clean & has everything you need. We love it and we will be back again next year!

Summary: We had a great stay here. Spotless, well equipped, this is the owner’s home, very comfortable. Just a 10 minute walk to Eastern Beach, esplanade and city centre. Note narrow stairs up to bedrooms iwould be unsuitable if frail.
