Positive: Great. The wait staff was excellent. Friendly, accommodating- made us feel at home. Our evening meal was great. The staff did a great job.
Negative: The welcome was not up to the facility standards. This area needs a lot of work. I can see how this cold, unfriendly introduction to the facility would discourage repeat customers.

Positive: The restaurant was exceptional food but very slow. The cook apologized. The room was comfortable. The staff was courteous and the building is beautiful.
Negative: We paid for an extra bed. It was terrible. The roll away sunk in the middle and was back breaking ever for youngsters. Thecpaper products in the room ran out. Our breakfast took over and hour to serve and there were only 3 tables full of people in the restaurant.
