Positive: The check-in process was straightforward. The view of the river during the day was beautiful. The WiFi was fast. Quick response from the host per telephone.
Negative: - I had booked this apartment due to the fact that it had more than 1 room. Although we were just 2 staying the night (the plan was to stay in separate rooms), upon arrival I noticed they had locked the other 2 rooms without them enquiring beforehand if that was okay. - The pillows were way too hard. - Parts of the kitchen were unclean (microwave, the fridge had a strong odour).

Positive: Great location, with great views, in old coaching house, by River Rhein, could walk into town. Comfortable beds.
Negative: Only two bedrooms available when we arrived. We'd booked a three bedroom appartment, but one was locked. We were a mixed party so needed one double room and two singles, that's why we booked three rooms. Phoned host who said they'd given us two rooms with double beds as only four of us?? They seemed to think we would turn up with seven people if they gave us three rooms! They did unlock the other room, but did not seem happy about it. Strange layout of appartment, no living room/tv.
Summary: Great location for overnight stay, but appartment needs better layout if staying longer.

In other reviews it said the property wasn’t clean, although when I stayed it was spotless. Overall a very pleasant trip, would definitely recommend.
