Summary: Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie aan een doodlopende weg. Als je de weg uitloopt loop je direct het bos in en kun je een mooie route lopen. Het huis is eenvoudig en schoon. De woonkamer/keuken is erg klein. De slaapkamers zijn prima in orde.

Summary: De sleutel stong al op de cvoordeur bij aankomst. De volgende dag met de beheerders gesproken. Het huisje is goed in orde, al zijn er kleine details die verbetering behoeven. Rustige omgeving. De tuin achter het huis is aan een opknapbeurt toe.

Summary: Het is niet een belvilla zoals in de reclame's van belvilla, Huis is wat gedateerd, en de loslopende hond schooierde elke keer als we buiten waren om eten. De hond was overigens wel lief. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was goed, de 3 van de 5 bedden waren slecht. Kamer was aardig ingericht en goed warm te krijgen. Voor een wintersportvakantie was het een prima locatie op ongeveer 20 a 25 minuten van de skipistes.

Summary: Bij aankomst rondleiding van 3 minuten door t huis, voordat we een vraag konden stellen was de eigenaar alweer vertrokken. Huisje doet knus aan, goedkoop ingericht, bedden een bak van hardboard planken, maar sliepen heerlijk. Grote badkamer beneden is gemakkelijk. Leuke grote tuin met eekhoorn familie, lieve (buiten) hond die de hele dag geaaid wil worden. Het is allemaal basic, maar ach, we kwamen voor de sneeuw! Vanuit huis loop je zo het bos in, alleen geen idee waar je dan uitkomt. Uur heen en weer een uur terug gelopen langs dezelfde route. Geen informatie in het huisje aanwezig over wandelpaden of uitstapjes.

Summary: Nice peaceful location with a view across the valley and red squirrels in the garden. Nicely located for visiting various attractions in the area. The living and dining area is an adequate size but the bedrooms are very small and would be more suited to a double room and a single. Drain on the sink in the twin bedroom very noisy when anyone did anything with any of the other facilities in the house.

Summary: Hier handelt es sich um ein Ferienhaus, was man anmieten kann. Dieses Haus liegt auf einen kleinen Berg, mit einen sehr schönen Blick in das Tal. Wenn man in das Haus hineingehen will, kommt erst der Windfang mit Gäste WC, dieses WC wird nicht geheizt. In diesem Geschoss befindet sich ein großzügiges Duschbad (ohne WC) mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine. Das Treppenhaus ist beheizt. Über die recht steile Holztreppe kommt man in die erste Etage. Dort befindet sich die gut beleuchtete Wohnküche, die gut ausgestattet ist. Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sind vorhanden. Es gibt hier auch eine Essecke für sechs Personen, diese ist etwas alt aber jedoch voll funktionsfähig. Auf der Etage gibt es noch ein Duschbad mit WC aber ohne Waschbecken. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer. Ein Einzelzimmer mit Waschbecken, ein Durchgangschlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und mit einem Tisch und zwei Hockern. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten und ein Waschbecken. Die Betten sind einfach aber nicht unbequem. Stauraum für Kleidung ist ausreichend vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Hinterm Haus gibt es eine große Wiese, mit einer Feuerstelle und einen kleinen Sandkasten. Fazit Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und der Grundriss/Raumaufteilung ist bauzeittypisch. Für große Leute empfehle ich öfters, im Treppenhaus, den Kopf einzuziehen. Der alte Röhrenfernseher hat starke Probleme beim Empfang. Der Hund vom Vermieter läuft frei auf dem Grundstück herum. Dazu sei gesagt, dass der Hund ein total lieber und freundlicher Zeitgenosse ist. Da der Hund sehr Menschen bezogene​n ist, hockt er ständig unter dem Fenster und hofft auf Leckerlis und Streicheleinheiten. In dem Dorf gibt es einen Tante Emmaladen, wo man mehr als nur das Notwendigste kaufen kann. Man sollte aber beachten, dass der Laden nur vormittags geöffnet ist.

Summary: Wat een schattig huisje met een zeer aardige gastheer. Via navigatie goed te vinden, ook in het donker. Keuken is goed uitgerust. Huis is goed warm te stoken. Wij hebben vanaf het huisje geskied in Winterberg. Het huisje wordt bewaakt door de lieve hond Sinta waar mijn dochter verliefd op is geworden.
