Summary: It was a beautiful serene place to stay. It was very clean inside and outside. My only complaint was it was a bit of a challenge for my Mama and Sister to go up and down the steps into the house. But that was my fault for not making sure it was handicap accessible. The host was very nice and even called when we mistakenly left something in the freezer. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our beloved family member passed away. We had to last minute find a place to accommodate our family. Brenda was so understanding and allowed us to come in early to prepare for the viewing. We love this compound. We stayed here in 2021 when our grandmother passed away. Thank you so much!

Summary: I would have given Brenda's place 10 stars if it was possible. We had a family event and needed a place that would be close to our relatives, clean and spacious for us. We had that and more. Brenda's place was extremely clean, welcoming, and spacious, and we felt secure. We had all we needed, from clean bedrooms, lots of clean towels, bathrooms with shampoo, both wash, a very organized kitchen, and closet space. The home was amazing, impeccable and spotless. We felt at home. The home was just as advertised and there were no surprises. Brenda had snacks and juice bottles in the fridge, which was a welcoming surprise after a long trip. It was a pleasure to spend time at her retreat. If we have more family events in the future, we will for sure come back again! Exceptional hosts and a great place to stay.

Summary: The Genesis House was the perfect spot for myself and two teenagers. The property was clean and as described. Communication was timely, and the hosts were wonderful! The fishing, paddle boat, kayak, and fire pit were all amazing. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Come and unwind at this gem in the heart of Georgia.
