Apartment was very clean.For family extremely good place for summer holiday . The area is very paaceful. The Host are very nice.Accomodation deserves highest mark.

Positive: Excellent accommodation that is equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay. Everything is very clean and tidy. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. There are three beaches nearby. The hosts were very kind and tried to help us. This accommodation deserves top marks.

Positive: It was probably the cleanest room we have ever stayed in !!!! The location was great , the host was amazing and the place was fantastic!!
Negative: Everything was great !!! I would only recommend slightly bigger towels for the bathroom if possible even thought we had more than enough to use they were a bit small for a shower towel

Positive: Germanis house is situated 3 minutes walk from the center of Agios Ioannis, and 5 minutes walk from two excellent beaches. The apartment is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. And a huge balcony looking at the sea! The terrace is mostly shaded throughout the day, except in the early morning. You have salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, butter, and marmalade waiting for you in the kitchen upon arrival. Everything is perfectly clean, and the ladies clean the apartment and change the towels every three to four days. The area is very peaceful. The hosts are very nice and helpful.
Negative: The only weak point was the shower. The shower is very small, the shower curtain is placed strangely, and it completely sticks to the body when showering. Mosquito nets should be placed on the windows and terrace doors.

Positive: The apartment was incredibly clean, the view just breathtaking and super close to 3 beaches. Zoi was amazing, and always there for questions. We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back. It was a super relaxing week and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Definitely recommend!

Positive: Good location in the heart of Agios Ioannis, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and with good Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Zoe, the owner, is very friendly and super helpful, she made our stay unforgettable.
