Positive: It was charming and perfectly located. I felt like a part of Salzburg staying here. It was also comfortable and clean with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom/shower.
Negative: Nothing.

Negative: Few things in the appartment that would be helpful on arrival such as kitchen roll, garbage bags, shampoo/body wash (there was one liquid dispenser in the shower, guessing it was shampoo).but overall we enjoyed the appartment

Positive: We got very lucky and were thrilled to get a last minute reservation. The property is in a great location walking distance to most everything. We enjoyed having a little space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. We were on the second floor above on the Getreidegasse, a main shopping corridor, yet it felt we were tucked away from everything. This building is very old with historic charm, as most are in the city center so there are no elevators, but we didn't mind the stairs. The air conditioning worked great which was much appreciated in July. We used the washer and dryer for an extra fee which was very helpful for us. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions. It took a couple tries to figure out the best place to park in the parking structure, but once we did it was very convenient. We loved Salzburg and would definitely return for another visit to this apartment!

Positive: The location is unbeatable (right on the Getreidegasse, the main commercial and pedestrian street in the old city section of Salzburg). Despite the busy location, the apartment is soundproofed and you’d never know anything was going on outside. And the pictures posted on Booking.com were totally accurate. The apartment is comfortable without being cluttered. It had everything I needed and all in working order. It’s been quite warm and the AC did its job! The apartment itself dates to the early/mid 15th century (very cool) but all amenities are totally modern. Just watch your head on the way in if you’re tall like me! (Note: The apartment is on what we Americans call the third floor so not ideal for older or less mobile folks in terms of the stairs). The owner is helpful without being intrusive. If back in Salzburg I was absolutely drag here again.
Negative: I have no complaints at all.

Positive: The room is spacious and it is enough for staying with a family of 4. Location is great with near by grocery store. It would be great for family who would like to cook but only electric stove, no microwave, oven and dish washer.
Negative: The price is too high compare to having 2 rooms at hotel in same location with all facility include daily cleaning and staff to reach promptly. It is on Third floor (Ground floor, Second floor and Third floor) no lift so cosidering if you carry big luggagues. The window is over looking busy resturant garden. I had a problem with air conditioning and it took about an hour before the host come to fix. Also electric blacked out from safety fuse and also took some time to fix

Positive: I absolutely loved this place. The apartment is in a historic building right in the middle of Getreidegasse, in the heart of the old city. We stayed in Constanza, which is one room and very small - but beautifully and thoughtfuly designed and furnished so that it was very comfortable, with an unusual amount of storage space for our stuff. I loved the stone floors and stone steps in the public areas, too. The windows open onto the street, which gave us a great view, but when they close that apartment is QUIET. The proprietor was also very thoughtful and hospitable. I'd emailed her earlier in the day to say we'd be arriving an hour or so before the posted check-in time, and to ask whether we could leave our luggage somewhere. She responded a little later to tell us the room was ready, so we could simply check in when we arrived - which we did, with no problem. Her recommendations for restaurants and various sites were spot on. We ran into her at the entrance on our second-last day; we chatted a bit, and she told us where to get the best Mozart balls. (And later, left us a little bag of them, hanging from our door. Thanks, Martina!) I understand that one of the other apartments is larger, so if you really need the space, I'd recommend checking on that. The space we had was so well laid out, though, that we were quite comfortable there.

Positive: The apartment is in a superb location right on the main pedestrian street. Beautifully renovated in a heritage building it had everything a guest could need. Great kitchen facilities, new bathroom and very comfy bed. The host was super responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Positive: The stay was more then excellent! The Appartment was the best I’ve ever booked, and I travel a lot and prefer due to the space fully equipped flats. The bathroom with walk in shower was brand new, I would say luxurious. Moreover, the beds were super comfortable and spacious. Besides that the flair of the building from 1425 is like feeling the historic Charme of Salzburg. I felt immediately in love from the Charme and warm atmosphere of the Appartment and building. Martina waited for us for the check in, but there is also a key safe. We checked in earlier without any extra charge. That was very friendly! Fully equipped small kitchenette and great view to a small garden in a silent surrounding, once you leave the Appartment you are in the heart of Salzburg the so called Getreidegasse! It was a great, memorable stay! We definitely come back soon! THANKS
