Summary: The staff in the lobby was very helpful. There is no elevator to the second floor but they offered to have our baggage carried up. Also we did not get in till 8:45. The restaurant closed at 9:00 but they had no problem seating us and serving us. The food was wonderful. Great experience.

Summary: Very uncooperative management if you have a billing issue. I received a reservation confirmation that was a Grand Suite room for $319 and was charged considerably more. They also knew the city had a boil water advisory and did not notify guests.

Summary: We loved the charming Inn. We had a room in the newly remodeled back Mansion and the room was small but very charming and bathroom was amazing. We loved the sitting rooms and AC was always very nice and cold. Our only complaint is room service never came over the 3 days we stayed. You have to ask and we did but they never came. New pool and spa coming also. Probably will go back
