Positive: Room was tidy and looked like in its prime would have been nice.Breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good!
Negative: Arrived and was told our room was not ready, we had just drove for 12 hours and were ready to crash. I was offered a drink at the bar, but that quickly changed to warm bottles of water as they found us an alternate room. One of the two elevators were broken ( wait time was long). Room was tidy but not cleaned as much as the reviews said. Room was worn, needed a refresher. Was told that the gym was tiny so told to use Crunch instead, then ended up having to pay for a pass, hotel said they would credit it- didn’t do that, had to remind them when we paid.

Positive: The location was very good, in the financial district. The room was very coze, nicely decorated and everything was in good conditions. Cute toilet.
Negative: The courtains couldn't close completly which was a bit annoying because there were meeting rooms in the front building. Other than that, everything was good.

Positive: The hotel is the perfect location for Seaport attractions and financial district. and close to subway. The room we choose was a King Deluxe and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and loved the style as well. Furnishings are beautiful. The bed was comfy but pillows could have offered at least one firm option (luckily I brought one of my own). Breakfast was served at Hotel restaurant, Felice, and it was exceptional. It was very nice to have breakfast before going out for the day.
Negative: One small thing. The hotel fragrance smells amazing but as someone who is allergic to fragrances and perfumes it was a little overwhelming.
