Summary: Size is adquate for a couple. However, needs a thorogh clean. All shutters for safety requires lock. Some of the sockets don't work. More lighting outside for when coming in at night. Shrubs requires pruning.

Summary: This is an amazing property very very close and location to everything that we needed it's small and modest but adequate in size for our needs. I found the premises to be poorly equipped with kitchen pots. Were enough in quantity however they were Teflon and completely cut up and not suitable for use whatsoever. The hostess with my complaint did provide me with newer pots and pans. There was a layer of grime all over everything in the kitchen which for my standard of cleanliness was not adequate there was also glass and garbage underneath the bed however the rest of the premises were quite clean enough. I would say that this is a lovely place to stay location wise I would just ensure that everything is clean and equipped once you get there I think it's unlikely to have been professionally cleaned. I was late so I had not noticed this that night as we ate out but was unable to cook the next day as well and was it took two days to get newer pots. With those things cleaned up however I would be happy to stay in this place again especially as the hostess was very responsive however nobody came in to clean it before we left despite it being filthy in the kitchen when we got there. I myself would have done this for guests in the same position

Summary: A pleasant stay close to all Holetown and St. James has to offer. Definitely the best location on the island for the best restaurants and beaches, having been before. Moira was helpful and left me in peace also a nice balance.

Summary: Great location quiet.secure maintained gardens Obvious need for a thorough and pre rental cleaning was disappointing. Living in the tropics makes that even more critical..Redundant things eg cushions and pictures thick with old dust, kitchen curpbards not cleaned

Summary: The place is great, great location, have anything you can look for. The pool access is definitely a great addition, and the little patio is great place to eat breakfast or lunch. Our main issues had been with cleanliness: overall the place was clean but we have found multiple ants and roaches in the kitchen area throughout our stay. Ants arent a big deal to us but roaches at night was definitely the reason we did not step in the kitchen at night (none during the day). This is not necessarily the host fault because her place does not have true glass windows. She did provide us with insect barrier which worked great, but I do think it is something that should have been applied before our stay to all corners and openings as we only had it on our last day and we applied it ourselves. Finally, note that she is trying to sell the place so be expected to have visits. We were a bit uncomfortable about visits as she preferred that we were not there during them. Nothing of ours ended up missing so at least she kept those guests under her surveillance. It is also a bit overwhelming to always have to check our message and see if she had something schedule and if we had to be extra organized (bed done, everything put away, etc.) We did not let this ruined our trip and tried to enjoy the place as much as possible! If you are on a budget, and not looking for luxury: this place will do the work. This is the first time we go with vrbo and the first time we had such an affordable place so we did not expect much.
