Summary: Das Haus ist innen schön und geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Sitzplätze im Garten und die Dachterrasse sind wunderbar. Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Summary: Wir haben das Ferienhaus Giorgia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, spektakuläre Landschaften, intakte Natur, schönes blaues Meer. Das Ferienhaus hat sehr viele Treppen und ist für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet. Das Haus ist sehr hell und war sauber, die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Vorteil - im Sommer kann das Auto in der Garage bleiben, es ist schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, zum Strand sind ca. 300 Meter.

Summary: Wir haben das Ferienhaus Giorgia als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Region genutzt. Wir waren Wandern im nicht weit entfernten Noli und im Hinterland von Finale Ligure. Spektakuläre Wanderung entlang des Flusses Neva, an Burgen und Bergdörfern vorbei. Das Ferienhaus hat viele Treppen, für unsere Hunde war das kein Problem. Wir waren mit zwei großen Hunden unterwegs. Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Tolle Aussicht beim Frühstück auf das Meer. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Summary: Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt ! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Dachterrasse mit einem einmaligen Ausblick direkt auf Strand und Meer - Sagenhaft !!! Ebenfalls der sehr schöne verwinkelte Garten mit Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen. Ein Grill war ebenfalls vorhanden , sodass einem gemütlicher Grillabend mit Meerblick nichts im Wege steht… Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Summary: Der Vorteil dieses Hauses lag für uns darin, dass wir kein Auto zum Strand brauchten. (In Ligurien immer recht schwierig einen Parkplatz am Strand zu finden) Badesachen, Tiefkühltasche und los geht´s, das war echt super. Die umliegenden Ortschaften, wie z.B. Savona oder Noli sind mit dem Auto in 15 bis 30 Minuten zu erreichen was ebenfalls ein Vorteil ist. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten gut und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Einziger Nachteil es war sehr heiß und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Summary: Dieses nette Haus bietet einen tollen Meerblick, einen schönen, gepflegten Garten und eine praktische Garage mit ferngesteuertem Rolltor. Eine schmale Straße führt direkt am Haus vorbei, ist aber nicht störend.

Summary: Schönes Haus auf vielen Ebenen, Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Zitronenbaum, große Dachterrasse. Einrichtung ist schlicht und schön - ohne überflüssigen Kitschdeko, das hat mir gut gefallen. Herrlich hell. Sonnenaufgänge überm Meer.Betten sind bequem. Der Ort an sich ist mittel, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Oktober, kein Bahnhof Hat alles super geklappt, netter Vermieter.
