Positive: Location was amazing. The property was located across from the beautiful waters of Vari. Our host was fantastic and very eager to please, greeting us with fresh lemonade and giving us a lovely soap on departure. The hotel does not offer breakfast however on the waters edge across from the rooms were various taverns/cafes. Parking was available on the property.

Negative: I love to travel simply without too many bells and whistles, this property is in need of a refurbishment as it it a little run down. Very clean but needs more. It has great potential. Maybe if it was more modern the price would be higher. For me it was all about location. And that was perfect

Positive: The owner was Very gentle and helpful. The location was great with one of the best sandy beaches in the island #vari beach. Few meters away yiu can find tavernas and all day cafes. The city of Ermoupoli is 10’ away. What else do you need for your holidays?

Negative: Maybe a desk for breakfast in the local restaurants. Generally everything was perfect!

Positive: Cleaning was exceptional and the location next to the sea.

Negative: It was perfect. A bit pricey(in general everything is pricey these days though) but still a looot better than lots of others

Positive: The atmosphere of our room as well as of the facilities we have there makes you feel comfortable and it was very clean! The friendliness of the owner and the staff makes you feel really welcome. There are good restaurants nearby and you are only a few steps from the well organized beach of Vari. Ermoupoli is also not far away by bus or car.
