Positive: The appartment is nicely decorated and made very clean before arrival. The terrace with table and chairs and a view over the town was perfect for a drink and chat. The village itself is picturesque and very quiet. There was no noise at all at night. There are few restaurants and bars locally, but they are all within easy walking distance. Chatting with the hosts was a pleasant contact.

Positive: The property was well 'spec'd' considering the price. Very very clean. There was all required for a comfortable stay. 3x bedrooms with nice large beds, clean matching linen as cupboards to place clothing etc. Sizable bathroom, breakfast type cooking area with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freeze etc. The cutlery was very modern clean & well kept. Outside although we didn't use it, is a courtyard with nice views & outhouse. Parking outside on the road, we had 3x motorcycles which we were able to park immediately outside the property. There is only a short walk to local amenities which were all quite reasonable. We particularly like sitting by the river (& bar).

Negative: The wait for the keys........ 400 euro deposit (which was returned without quibble).

Summary: A very specious, clean well presented property.

Positive: The house is well equipped and in a good location handy for the town centre, but also close to the cycleway. There was a useful shed for our bikes. We had a very comfortable night on our cycling trip, despite the fact that it rained most of the time! The little terrace would have been a great place to sit, if it had been dry!

Negative: The lady who came to let us in was friendly but having the meters checked before and after felt like we weren't trusted to behave responsibly.
