Summary: Great location for touring Tuscany. Situated in lovely village with all amenities, including a restaurant. Spacious apartment with small terrace overlooking garden and countryside. Large pool which although advertised as private is also used by host and extended family, which was a surprise. No toiletries or towels for pool provided by host. Overall an enjoyable relaxing stay.

Summary: A wonderful spot for us, in between Rome and Florence. The hosts were great, the property beautiful. Small town to walk to the store and a few eateries. Wonderful location to drive to Siena, the beach and other great towns close by.

Summary: The gardens are beautiful and inviting, and from your seat on the patio you can take in the lovely view all the way down, over the olive trees, to the rolling hills of the Crete Senesi. The house is quiet, comfortably but simply furnished, with plenty of space for a couple or small group. In the heat of summer, I’m sure it’s a wonderfully cool retreat. The apartment has all bases covered as far as appliances and cooking equipment, but there were no pantry staples like oil or salt. We were able to find what we needed at the local bottega and the co-op stores in larger towns. I suspect this is a Covid policy, and not a bad one, just something to be aware of if you’re planning to cook. Hosts Marcello and Letizia are friendly and helpful, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your vacation. We wished we spoke more Italian so we could learn more about the area, but, alas we had to just go find out for ourselves.

Summary: The cottage is spacious and well-equipped. Lovely views of the countryside from the quiet & peaceful patio. Few minutes' walk into the village where we could shop and dine out. Would have been helpful to have some basics like salt & pepper in the kitchen, and soap & shampoo in the bathroom.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed 5 nights. The apartment was very well equipped and the pool was fantastic. We were able to walk within 5 minutes into the village where there is a good restaurant, village shop, bakery, bar and pizzeria. Would highly recommend.
