Negative: Climbing 4 stories with suitcases and without elevator!! We were aware of it, bit still it was hard 😰

Positive: Location was great— within a 10min walk you have access to a couple bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies. Metro right there made it easy to get across to other neighborhoods so we didn’t mind not being in the middle of Paris. The apartment was clean and ready for us. We didn’t cook but appreciated that the plates and appliances were clean. Also appreciated that there was some toilet paper, dish soap, and garbage bags to start us off so we didn’t have to hit up a market right away. Loved that there was a vacuum and cleaning supplies so we could clean the floors— our baby is still crawling so that was important. Yacine was such a great communicator— made it really stress free. She confirmed my booking right away by reaching out personally, she accommodated an earlier drop off of luggage as our flight landed early sending very clear instruction ahead of time and when we were late to show up she messaged just to make sure we weren’t having any issues accessing the property. This host thinks ahead and goes above and beyond for her guests to ensure a pleasant experience.
Negative: The stairs are killer haha but it’s Paris so it’s expected you’re gonna be getting your steps in. We learned the hard way the first night that we either had to stagger showers hours apart or take really quick ones if we didn’t want the last ones to be cold— that said we were 3 adults and a baby all trying to shower before dinner so we drained the hot water tank quick. But it’s totally manageable and worked out fine in the end— we just chose to do our singing or pondering elsewhere.

Positive: We travelled in the middle of winter for 10 days. The accommodation was warm. There are also laundry machine, and kitchen facilities including a microwave. It was very convenient to stay for a long time.
Negative: The accommodation is located in the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. It was very difficult to bring a heavy luggage up and down of the building;;; I think the sofa bed is very old model. It took more than half an hour to transform the sofa into a bed;;;
