Summary: The property was fine coming in at first glance. But, Post Wi-Fi password for guest to use in the future. Also make sure trash has been emptied out outdoors.Basic amenities, tissue, paper towels. Also blinds could use an update. I’m very pleased with the overall stay for the purpose of my babygirl. These are small details that bring back repeat clients. Thank you So much!!

Summary: Clean, comfortable beds, good location. No instructions for the TV were available. We are a bunch of low tech elderly folks. We finally were able to watch something. The dish washer leaked and had an odor. Other than these two inconveniences, the house was nice.

Summary: This was a really well decorated place that truly made you feel like you were home. It could use some porch furniture, fly repellent and a bigger place for pool table.

Summary: We enjoyed our time at this property. When we arrived, the AC was not working but Darrell already had someone there repairing it and it was fixed immediately. It was very cool and comfortable after! We have 2 year old twins and it was very safe and pleasant for them as well. Conveniently located and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer!

Summary: Home was as described, very nicely laced out and accommodating. Fit our needs as described. Grass needed to be mowed to make the yard usable and was mowed the second day. The air conditioner was the only real sticking point. It’s old and under sized for the house and needed to be worked on 3 different times during our stay to make it livable. If it wasn’t for that one main issue, the review would be 5 stars. Thank you to the property manager for staying with the issue to try to get it resolved.

Summary: Enjoyed our visit and how easy it was to get to places. Our first night discovered hair on the sheets and had to wash them all in the amazing washer and dryer set. Other than the sheets, the property was really clean and well kept. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Memphis and its wide variety of things to do.
