Positive: We loved the location and the facilities. The staff were great though not all could answer all my questions. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Our stay was great value and I'd recommend to anyone on a tight budget.

Negative: When checking in the member of staff couldn't explain where our pod was and how to get to it. The pod had no cutlery or crockery yet had a fridge, microwave, kettle and a washing up bowl. We were told that all we needed to bring was bedding. The pod could have been cleaner. We were unable to use WiFi as it asked for a voucher but wouldn't allow us to purchase one. The staff couldn't help with this.

Positive: Location, facilities, spacious pod with tv, friendly staff! Staff in the ranch especially were super :)

Negative: Not necessarily dislikes, ok for our one night. Sofa bed tad uncomfortable, only light is the main, cobwebs and ants (maybe can’t be helped being a pod). Would still stay again for a night or two or better accommodation for longer. The ranch itself is amazing with all the facilities and food.

Positive: Cute pods with basic essential amenities. Based close to the shower block which was also very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar and restaurant on site with activities for all ages.

Negative: The fridge was not working properly in the pod ( I forgot to mention this to staff).

Positive: Lovely pod, clean and tidy. Plenty of space too. Heated up nicely so super cosy. Amazing site if you have little kids - so much for them to do! The staff were friendly and helpful. Shower block & toilets spotless.

Negative: The beds were a little uncomfortable when laid flat

Summary: Can’t wait to return! Already booked our next visit.

Positive: The kids loved the park and the arcades and the soft play. Everything was very clean. Toilets and shower block looks brand new.

Negative: Took a while to find, as sat nav kept taking us to the self store.
