Positive: Quiet location, good parking under cover, accommodation large and well equipped. Great views and close to local town.
Negative: There is literally nothing in the accommodation, such as condiments, tea or coffee welcome pack, which is the norm these days. So you have to buy large packs and either leave them or return with them, a simple welcome pack of tea and coffee would make the difference, especially when in remote location such as this. And expect at least basic condiments, oil etc to cook with.

Positive: The location was great and it was even bigger than I expected. There is so much to do all around, as near as 15 minutes drive up to an hour. You never get tired of seeing the kites flying around.

Positive: The location is good and easy access to the dams. The size of the property is good.
Negative: The smell of the outside was horrible which stopped us staying outside and the windows had to be closed to avoid the smell getting inside. The other thing we didn’t like is the gas hob. The gas flame was yellowish and made the bottom of the pots to be black.
Summary: We had good time staying at the house but the horrible smell outside made us feel sick.

Positive: Fantastic location, facilities were more than adequate, little or no disruption from the farm basically absolutely nothing to complain about other than a dodgy A frame bench outside lol ,would recommend for a quiet escape for a group of friends or family
Negative: Lot of creaking floorboards upstairs an a dodgy bench outside but no major complaints

Negative: Quite smelly outside but it is in the middle of a farmyard (so what would you expect). Light switch in upstairs bathroom doesn;t work Tap in upstairs bathroom is running constantly Shower in Upstairs bathroom is difficult to turn on/off (have to force it, which is worrying!)
