Positive: Great house with lots of room and a good yard area if bringing pets. The property was really clean and fresh with great facilities. Gail was a lovely host and left a really nice hamper of goodies. We live in the area ourselves and would definitely come back if needing anymore work done to the house.

Positive: We didn’t stay here but at a 2nd property owned by Gail as this one wasn’t ready due to update work being done :) Great property! Loved the extra touch of the welcome box full of treats! Kids loved the surprise of the resident peacock and ducks! Really quiet location

Negative: There was a slight smell I’m guessing from the septic tanks used for the toilets but it wasn’t a problem we just shut the windows when it was strong. There eas plenty of plug in smellies to keep the house smelling nice :)

Positive: We didn't actually stay in this property, it was a different property offered to us by the owner Gail which was just down the road. It was a very spacious detached bungalow, plenty of parking and everything we needed from the rental. Gail even left us a bottle of wine, milk and snacks which was a lovely gesture.

Negative: The property is on a fast A road which you have a bit of noise from. You can't really walk out of the front as the A road doesn't have a footpath. You could walk up the lane at the back. Most of the roads around Crumlin are country lanes.

Summary: Great spacious property for families, very clean and everything you need.
