Positive: The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for the two of us. The location felt safe and had plenty of great dining options nearby. We did encounter a little trouble accessing the garage initially, but Ava was incredibly helpful in guiding us with the correct codes and app setup, which made things much easier. I especially enjoyed the gym area! We got a good workout in, and the tenants we met were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay! Next time we visit San Jose, we’re definitely booking the same place! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Positive: The location was excellent, for the purpose of our trip (our kid's Stanford move-in)
Negative: There is an assigned parking spot, but the instructions were not clear because the email we received said we should park in one spot, but the information in the apartment stated another spot, had to call on a Sunday and everyone was pretty confused. It was eventually sorted out.
