Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great view, nice room with all the needed amenities. The building is modern, spacious and beautifully decorated; lots of shared areas to enjoy, work or relax; well equipped and very clean gym, with a nice view; great location, safe area, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We recommend 100%.
Negative: The bed could be more comfortable, and it would be nice if you didn't have to worry about cleaning the place before you leave.
Summary: We were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed very much our stay and we'll go back.

Positive: Very new apartment. Good looking and new hardwares. Quite neighborhood, convenient to access the Metro.
Negative: No beddings & comforter for the Sofa bed, unable to use. Three people had to squeeze into a Queen size bed, very uncomfortable. 24/7 ‘Emergency’ staff only says” sorry, this is customer service. I heard your emergency but there is nothing I can do”. very disappointed.
