Negative: Difficult to get a sun bed if you're not early. Forced to sit by the bar even though most sun beds were NOT being used as they all had been claimed with towels on them.

Positive: Gorgeous near jaw dropping views, great location in one of the nicest bays in that part of the island (quiet, but in 5 mins by cab you can be in Palmanova and Magaluf), the pool area, the cave bar, helpful staff
Negative: Very little personal space at the pool area, loungers too close together, can be overwhelming in the peak season. Room I stayed it could need a little TLC, food was ok but little bland. Other than that, great experience

Positive: Room with sea view and balcony was lovely and plenty of room. All inclusive was fantastic.
Negative: We were charged for a drink as we didn't get our all inclusive wrist bands when we checked in. Our room was not ready when we got to it. There was often no toilet roll in the bathroom in our room or around the site. Our key card stopped working on our last day. The room was very noisy - we could hear other guests in their rooms and the evening entertainment through the walls and floor.
Summary: Great value in terms of all inclusive but some things could definitely have been better

Negative: Hotel has VIP areas, not given option to upgrade. Makes ‘ordinary’ guests feel like second class. Water only provided in room on first night. Only available if all inclusive from bars, so if needed between midnight and 07:45 when breakfast starts, you have to go without. Hotel states it does not take cash only cards for payment but it only takes cash as a deposit for pool towels. Limited choices for guests on all inclusive (eg. pizza from pool bar were extra). The atmosphere in the piano bar was nonexistent, at night the lighting was too bright and no background music. Felt as if you were sitting in a dentist waiting room.
Summary: Ok, location saved the hotel but doubt I’d stay here again. Better hotels, apartments in area.
