Your cozy vacation home is located on a hill of Santa Ponsa in a quiet villa area. Here you live in dreamlike quiet surrounded by a grown, tropical garden in the middle of a lot of green and are nevertheless in a few minutes on the beach, on the golf course, in the heart of Santa Ponsa with its stores and restaurants. Ideal for a vacation where you want to have short distances to all possible vacation activities, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle also want to enjoy peace and relaxation.
You live on a spacious plot of 1,200sqm, which offers a pool area and a beautiful garden area, as well as a variety of seating areas for sunbathing and relaxing around the house, so that even as a family there is a retreat for everyone. The house itself is of single-story construction. The entire property is separated by a wall or fence and has a radio controlled gate entrance.
The living area is 160sqm and includes a large living and dining room with veranda and a modern kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The large master bedroom has its own small dressing area as well as a bathroom with window en suite. The two smaller bedrooms share the second , also equipped with window, bathroom.
In the large living room with floor-to-ceiling patio doors you will find a spacious dining table as well as a comfortable sofa corner by the fireplace. However, if you prefer to sit outside, in summer you will surely have your favorite place on our large covered veranda, which is adorned by a large bougainvillea. Enjoy the sunsets from there.
Our house is a non-smoking house, although smoking is allowed outside. However, we ask that you keep the indoor areas smoke free. The pool (9.00m x 4.50m) is a salt water pool and has a two meter wide shallow water area on one side for chilling out and sunbathing. The terrace and pool area was completely renovated in 2021. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children should be over six years old and able to swim.
Also please note that such a property cannot do without regular maintenance. Our gardener, in addition to a clean garden, also pays attention to the water quality and cleans the pool in the summer. Therefore, it is essential that twice a week our gardener enters the garden. We try to adjust the times according to your wishes, but this is not always possible. However, we try to ensure that you are disturbed as little as possible.
Arrivals are possible from Monday to Saturday. On arrival the house can be occupied from 4 pm. On the day of departure, check-out is at 10 am. Arrivals after 9 pm are only possible by arrangement.

Summary: We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication was excellent from the start, and she even provided us with great local tips upon arrival, which really enhanced our stay. The house itself was exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could need—far beyond the basics. It didn't feel like one of those typical rentals where it’s just about getting money. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making the place comfortable and enjoyable for guests. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Summary: Pictures do not do this property justice. Beautiful villa, spacious and comfortable with amazing grounds. Owners communication was great and met us promptly for check in and out. Absolutely everything we could need for our stay was provided. Lovely salt water pool (doesn’t taste salty!). We travelled 2adults, 3teens. Location good, walkable to Santa ponsa and port Adriano but in height of summer best to hire a car or get taxis. Highly recommend this lovely villa.

Summary: The house was clean and nicely appointed. We loved having a washer and dryer (use the cotton setting on the dryer), and it was nice having A/C in the bedrooms for sleeping at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Really great villa, I stayed here with my family. We spent most of our time at the villa having some great days by the pool and BBQ’s in the evenings. A very quiet and beautiful area with some nice walks through the forest down to the coast. We’re already planning to come back!

Summary: Amazing pool which the children (and adults) loved. A great size, with a shallow section and a deep section. It's also a salt water pool, so there is no chlorine smell on skin or swimwear. The surrounding grounds are very well maintained. The area in general is very peaceful. The villa is very clean, spacious and has all that you need. It is to a high specification and the kitchen for example is well stocked with appliances, pans, utensils, crockery, glassware etc. Bedrooms all have AC and are very comfortable. A great trip for all of the family, thank you so much.

Summary: I stayed here with my family for 11 days and we absolutely loved the place. As the title states the pictures really don’t do the Villa justice, especially the external areas. At any time of day, there’s lovely place to sit in or out of the sun. Inside the Villa was spotlessly clean and the facilities are amazing. The pool was perfect for my family which ranged from 5 years old to 75 years old. We will definitely tly be coming back, thanks very much Stephan

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic place. The house is very nice and comfortable with air conditioned bedrooms and everything one would expect from such a place. But the most fantastic is the outdoor area of the property, with several places to sit and eat, a great pool (which especially the children loved, but also us grown-ups) and in general beautifully furnished surroundings. The owners of the place and the friend of theirs that helped with check-in and check-out were very nice and the communication with them was easy and nice. We would absolutely recommend this place!
