Summary: The unit is fine...location good. Property managers are ridiculous. Its a two bedroom unit....two people registered....yet they only provide one key. And when you ask for another key, they demand extra money. What hotel charges for an extra set of keys...especially one that has two bedrooms and two guests. Also ask for a substantial damage deposit...which they were VERY slow to return. Extended the stay one night (unit in a condo was available) and still charged for ridiculous extra fees and cleaning fees...when no cleaning happened until end of entire stay) Be preparted for beligerence and extra costs for everything.

Summary: This apartment was perfect for my family of 4 while traveling internationally. The property was clean, easy to navigate, and the pool/hot tub/sauna were welcome extra perks at the end of a long day. We felt safe, and it was walkable to dining and shopping, groceries, and even the subway for exploring other areas of the city.

Summary: Everything is great about the apartment. The only issue is the television that loses its internet connection and there is no way to fix it. It’s the TV and not the WiFi - other devices like phones and computers connect fine to the WiFi.
