Positive: I stayed here in April bit late with my review. But still haven't forgotten about my unforgettable stay with my partner. There was an amazing man on reception, I cannot remember his name unfortunately. But he was a full of life and just in general puts a smile on your face. Little did we realize how much he was about to make us smile. He gave us a free gift voucher for lunch and off we went to our room. Well the shock we got when we walked in and not only had he upgraded us, but to a suite with a private pool. Honestly i can't even explain what it meant or how much that man on reception made our holiday. He will never know what his kindness done. I really regret not writing down his name. Because whoever he is he is an earth angel and not just because of the upgrade just his hole energy. Our stay was amazing from start to finish everything about the hotel his amazing. We had the best stay and we will definitely be back

Positive: We had a pleasant stay. A bit disorganised the activities offered. Too many people/quests, and too much chaos, when you have children. We liked that they tried to mix things, to satisfy everyone-but that it is hard to succeed. All in all it was a very nice experience for us, booking at this hotel.
Negative: The pool was not heated, as we were informed previously through chat.

Positive: Extremely kind and helpful staff, everyone including receptionists, cleaners and especially waiters. Exceptional food. Amazing views. Comfortable beds. Everything was really clean! I really recommend it to solo travellers!
Negative: It took six days to repair one elevator, those things should be done a bit faster in such a huge hotel. It was obvious that some pieces of furniture in my room had been used in years (chair for example).. that could be improved. Other than that, everything was perfect!
