A beautiful and perfect place for just you or your family to come and relax on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Stay in this amazing home and enjoy a nice quiet vacation. Property comes with a boat dock, jet ski ramp, 3 kayaks, and a swim dock. This place is perfect for fishing, watching the sunset or just relaxing and tanning in the sun. A beautiful gazebo right by the lake--perfect to take take pictures for a special occasion, a fire pit with chairs and much more! In the summer this property is perfect for either bringing your own boat (docking it at our boat dock) or renting a boat at one of our many boat rental places.
The space
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with two large patios. 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. 2 are master bedrooms with full baths--the first master is located on the main floor with a king bed, TV, nice glass walk in shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The other master has a king bed with its own bathroom and shower. It also has its own patio upstairs with a table and 2 chairs--perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea and watching the sunrise or sunset. The 2 other rooms have queen beds. The sharing bathroom is in the hallway with a tub/shower and two sinks. There are 2 bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on bottom in the game room. The game room has a new pool table and TV. Big living room with fireplace and TV. unlimited Wi-Fi. Formal Dinning room table located next to the living room that seats 10. The Kitchen has two seating options---built in granite table that holds 8 and a small table with four chairs. The play room has a pool table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from silverware, plates of all kind, bowls, pots, pans, blender, food processor, slow cooker, 1 regular coffee maker and a keurig machine. The lower patio has an outdoor grill and two tables, eight chairs at each one . Large backyard for kids to play around . Gazebo has a table with chairs to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and watch the sunset. We have a large deck on the water to use for sun bathing, fishing or whatever you please.

Washer and dryer are available for use in the laundry room.

Summary: We were in town for a sporting event but wanted something by the water. The backyard and access to the lake was nice and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. At night we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. It is a relaxing stay for all ages.

Summary: The river runs right up to the property, which made fishing and kayaking fun and convenient. The house had everything we needed for cooking and serving our group of 10 and there was plenty of room for games, puzzles and privacy when we wanted it. We spoke with Lucia a few times and she was very helpful & accommodating. The furnishings were good quality but are starting to show some wear. And the house was clean, but is also starting to show signs of wear. The beds were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The stay was good overall. However, the TV's were difficult to work, even my IT kids couldn't figure it out. The pool table was super worn, unlevel and none of the sticks had tips. Lake water levels were never mentioned being so low, but I should have checked that.

Summary: This stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Check in was easy and host let us check in a day earlier than planned, so that was a bonus, but the listing did not state that they drain the lake in the winter!! We were very disappointed that the lake was empty and the guys couldn’t go fishing. The listing also stated there was a hot tub on the property which was only a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Pool table was in terrible shape and there were no tips on the pool sticks so the guys couldn’t play pool either. No ice maker in kitchen, no TV’s in any of the three bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen TV did not work at all. The place was very outdated and recliners in couch did not work properly. The vents and fans were all covered in dust and overall it could use a good cleaning!! The host was responsive and did not charge for the early check in so that made it better, but for the price we paid we were all disappointed in this stay.

Summary: The house is in a great area with backyard access to the water. The house itself was huge and there is definitely plenty of room, but the layout is awkward. Particularly the downstairs primary bedroom. There are certainly things that need attention, most notably the beds. I think this would be a decent house in the summer with a large group when you’re outside more.

Summary: Our stay was magical. We were able to spend great quality family time together. The house was large and spacious so that we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. We enjoyed the built in table for eating and just visiting and playing uno. The outside firepit was really nice. My grandchildren enjoyed making smores. The water was very low but even with that we enjoyed the kayaks and the geese that roost right near the house. We also enjoyed the easy access to the home as well as the location which was close to everything we wanted to do. We all enjoyed downtown Hot Springs. We would definitely rent this home again.
