Located in enchanting Sawyer, Michigan, just 10 miles north of New Buffalo on the prestigious southern Lake Michigan shoreline, Stay Gold is a gorgeous custom-designed 3-BR-3BA home has everything you need for a magnificent getaway, vacation, or gathering! It features panoramic windows, majestic 10’-tall ceilings, and stone-tiled radiant flooring throughout.
The spacious living and dining areas are highlighted by the sumptuous use of wood in combination with a bluestone fireplace. The chef's kitchen showcases custom walnut cabinetry, high-end appliances, and an exquisite island composed of a combination of walnut and cherry. Each of the bathrooms is spa-like with a custom-tiled rain shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Accommodating 10 guests comfortably, Stay Gold is perfectly laid out for privacy and comfort. The elegant master bedroom and bathroom ensuite are on the first level, while the second level comprises a stylish family room with sleeper sofa for 2 and two large, oversized bedrooms. One bedroom is a queen, the other has 3 twin beds - one with a trundle - to sleep 4 total in the bedroom.
The luxurious screened porch features superb views all around and is ideal for relaxing at sunset – plus, with a custom wood-fired pizza oven, it’s perfect for making dinner a special occasion.
It’s worthy of noting that virtually every window in this house provides a view of the lush, richly wooded property surrounding it (nearly half an acre). This stunning home is conveniently located 5 minutes from Cherry Beach and just a short distance away from acclaimed restaurants, wineries, breweries, vintage boutiques and antique shops. It’s also just 70 miles from downtown Chicago.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
From June 7 - August 23, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Fridays only.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed the property, it was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool as we would have liked. Any questions we had were addressed immediately with a email. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Summary: This was a 2 night stay and was wonderful. A pool is being installed and was not quite complete yet. The home was clean and had all possible needed items stocked. The only thing that disappointed me was that their pizza oven had no instructions and the YouTube video that was recommended did not cover how to start fire nor if there is a flu to open or not? We did not get to use this fun addition because I did not to burn anything I should not. I wish there was better guidance on the pizza oven.

Summary: The property was beautiful and absolutely perfect for some relaxing family time. It’s secluded but close enough to everything you might need. 10-15 minutes from Restaurants and wineries, and about 10 min from the dunes/ beach. Absolutely loved it!

Summary: The home is large, beautiful and well appointed. We bought pizza dough raw from Capozios right around the corner, and it was so much fun to cook it in the wood fired oven. Such a peaceful place for a stay, we'll definitely be back to this gorgeous property!
